"Who and what I needed at a bad moment. Found myself in a tight spot with my coolant leaking out on the way to work. Knew exactly what the issue was but couldn't do it myself. Hyatt did it for me fast and charged a pittance for getting me out of a jam. Definitely recommended."

"I had a good experience with Hyatt's and will definitely be taking my Honda Element here for future repairs.
The previous week I went to PEP boys in Marlton, NJ for a radiator flush and their "free" inspection. While there they pointed out a "leak" in my lower radiator hose which they alleged they were afraid to address because the radiator connection was eroded beyond the point of repair. They also informed me I was approximately 4 qts low on coolant (my vehicle only takes 4.5 qts). Their solution was to replace the radiator and the thermostat at a cost of $1700. I was suspicious because only an hour earlier I had my oil changed at Valvoline which did a full inspection (with me in the vehicle) and made no mention of a coolant leak.
I declined service at PEP boys and took my vehicle to Hyatt's whom I had heard of via word of mouth. I informed John that I was advised I may have a coolant leak, but was receiving no check engine light and having no problems with overheating. John pressure tested the cooling system (both hot and cold) and found no leaks. My final cost to change the radiator coolant was $45 (I supplied the coolant). I also asked John to replace the transmission speed sensor which, after checking, he informed me I did not need. With my savings I asked him to drain and refill the transmission fluid which he did for just $88. Total cost? $137 to change the transmission fluid and flush the radiator. This included a test drive and inspection of my vehicle. Compared to the $1700 radiator flush PEP Boys tried to sell me, I estimate I saved $1563 and recieved the added service of the transmission fluid change.
It is hard this day and age to find a competent mechanic who does quality repair work and does not try to upsell you on unneccessary parts & repairs. Hyatt's earned my trust and will continue to receive my future business."

"Hyatt's is the place to go for fair and quality auto repair services in Voorhees! John is fantastic.
I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler, towed in actually, to John's shop after it threw a flashing check engine light and shut off on me. He worked hard to figure out the computer module was shot. I was able to source my own part, get it to him, and he worked relentlessly to get it running right before getting it back to me.
I've been using it for weeks since taking it and the issue is gone! His prices are extremely fair and he won't tell you to fix anything you don't need. I won't go anywhere else now.
Thanks John!"
