"As a first time customer, I had a very pleasant experience at Hyatt's Auto Repair. I needed a timing belt to be replaced in a 2011 Subaru Outback, which was 30K over the recommended service interval. This task also required the pulleys, belt tensioner and water pump to be replaced as they are wear parts that could destroy the timing belt. The estimate was very straight forward and included brand-named or proper supply chained parts--the price was in range of customary charges and almost a thousand dollars below the dealer quote. The time estimate I was given was two days, but the vehicle was completed on the same day. No surprises when I picked up the vehicle and Jon mentioned that the tensioner was close to failure, which would have been a catastrophic event. I think I found my new auto service shop."
