"This was my first time at Hyatt's and working with Jon. I chose them because of all the positive reviews online and I'm glad I did. I was first impressed by Jon's honesty and expert diagnosis of my problem. He clearly told me what the issue was, and what needed to be done to correct it. He also found some other problems that I wasn't aware of. He made it clear that the work wasn't immediately necessary. I decided to be proactive instead of waiting for it to become a major issue, so I had the work done. He diagnosed, repaired and returned my car the same day. It was a steering issue so he also recommended a wheel alignment, which he doesn't do at his shop. He gave me a recommendation to a shop nearby. I'm very satisfied with Jon, his knowledge and the work he did. I'll definitely use Hyatt's again."
